Not Bad At All

Wow, that was a pretty different take on your standard Flash movie. I look forward to seeing part 2 and where it will lead. I'd even suggest as you finish part 2 to merge it as one movie, since this was a tad short.

Hmm

Overall this was a great piece because you were incorperating styles and techniques you don't see much in Flash animation. However, there was a good amount of reuse and it was rather short. More of a sampler than a music video. If this had been finished, it would be a lot better, obviously.

Dig it.

That was a cute take on the Pacman universe. Throw in a little slasher horror, mix it up with the every day life. Interesting approach to use an emboss filter on the ghosts.

I could, but im starting college again, and im engineer student (no life whatsoever once school starts)

Amazing

That had to be the best clock movie I have ever seen not to mention one of the best Flashes I have seen in ages. Impressive animation work. I am so used to short animations and it felt like this one kept going which was a really nice change. Good use of shadow and camera spins as well. Loved the ending logo too.

Seriously?

Part one was only like 5 seconds? How was this approaching 10 mb, where you doing each frame with 10 bitmaps? I liked the 3d effect panning around the room and it seemed like it would have been really cool if it was longer.

chouji7 responds:

i wish like hell i couldve made it longer! but as i mentioned a 100 MB .fla file is very hard to work with, and i actually had to narrow this down, when i finished the .swf file was 11 MB, i reorganized it as much as possible and got it down to 9.9 MB.
but not a second goes by i dont wish i couldve made it longer.

Alright

It had some decent stick animation but there was a much more detailed stick fight released earlier today that'll cause you some competition.

Whoda Thunk

First great Flash I've watched today and who would of thought it'd be a stick fight movie. Great color palette, smooth animation, and overall entertaining.

Shame

Frames are out of sync, audio peaks and is hard to understand, no subtitles, little change in animation or frames, tired jokes. I laughed once or twice though.

Funny but Expected

Anytime you have Scorpion you know that joke is coming but it had some funny dialog along the way. The artwork could of had more detail, but I liked the animation style and the background noise. Maybe slightly better audio recording and some subtitles would also raise the bar.

ZeroXTAD responds:

Yea, your right, the scorpion joke was a little expected. BUT THE GUY HAS A JAVALIN IN HIS HAND!!! it almost begs for your attention...

An all i have to work with is a $10 mic from best buy, so good sound is sorta outta the question...

I'll try an get it right with the full episode.

Amazing

This is an amazing showcase of your fluid and stylized animation skills and I would have loved to give it a five, but this simply isn't a movie. It's merely a portfolio of your shorts. Still, props for using Daft Punk and your choice in color is beautiful.

Though listed as TXMStudios, we actually consist of two houses, Loren Productions & TXM Studios. Loren Productions handles most of the writing and focuses on short films while TXM Studios handles all of the animation and most of the sound production.
